The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with sufficient amenities like towels, shampoo, and soap, but unfortunately lacks heating which made the stay very uncomfortable for my family. Despite this, the hotel provides competitive pricing compared to other options in the area.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very good and comfortable, perfect for us, just like my prior experience with Embassy Suites. However, the reception desk service was terrible at this location due to being shortstaffed all the time. On the positive side, the location was perfect for walking to Jersey Gardens, and the dining in the area was overall good despite a minor glitch with ordering. The hotel was conveniently close to the Shopping Mall, which was a great bonus.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were beautifully clean and spacious, making my last-minute business trip very comfortable. The staff, despite a minor hiccup with printing a receipt, were warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. The hotel's location was ideal, especially with its proximity to a big shopping mall. Dining options were delicious, offering plenty of choices unlike other nearby places I've been to. Overall, a great experience with fantastic value for money.
